Dealing Annual Reports or Final Reports

Each August you are required to submit an 'Annual Report' and where appropriate, an updated GMO Storage List. Whenever you finish a Dealing you will need to submit a 'Final Report'.

Dealing Not involving an Intentional Release

To apply to do a Dealing Not involving an Intentional Release (DNIR) you will need the following.  Once you have received your Licence you will need the Licence Signoff.

To apply to do a Dealing involving an Intentional Release (DIR) you will need to complete the following form. Once you have received your Licence you will need the Licence Signoff.

GTR Certified Facilities

non-GM Biohazard Projects

To apply to do a non-GM Biohazard Project you will need to complete the Risk Assessment Form. Each August you will need to submit an Annual Report and an updated non-GMBO Storage List. If you finish a Project you will need to submit a Final Report.
