UWA welcomes applicants for Australian Research Council Future Fellowships to join our word-class research teams.

Future Fellowship appointees at the UWA will receive continuing positions at the end of the Fellowships subject to performance during the Fellowship as assessed by the relevant Head of School and Dean.

Successful Future Fellows who join UWA from an international destination will receive a UWA $50,000 start-up research fund.

UWA is expecting some refinement of the rules and regulations for Future Fellowships for future rounds. Until such advice is available we have provided guidance similar to that given to applicants in 2008. It is unlikely that any of the selection criteria for the scheme will change.

UWA welcomes international applicants for Future Fellowships and is keen to help with the preparation of applications to ensure they are completed on time.

UWA's Research Grants Office can assist with enquiries and each UWA Faculty has an Associate Dean Research who can arrange further support.
